Our simple Privacy Policy explains who we are, what & where we collect data, why we collect data and where it is stored.

Who are we?

We are WILDYE LIMITED our registered office is at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, UK, IP28 7DE. Our company number is 14019828 and our VAT number is GB 408 856 666. We have 2 websites. Our information website wildye.com and my.wildye.com our platform.

What we collect

When you visit our website or platform we automatically collect your IP address. This is stored on a log on our server. We use your IP address to minimise fraud.

When you provide your email address on our registration form found at # we store your email address & your IP address encrypted in our Database. We do this in order so we can minimise Spam and fraud. You are classed as a User at this point.

When you sign in to complete your account we collect your full name, business name and registration number. This is stored encrypted in our Database. We create a customer on our payment gateway, Stripe using your email address. You are classed as a Customer/Tenant at this point.

When you purchase a monthly subscription we do not collect any further details other than what has been outlined as apart of the account sign up. We offload our billing directly upon Stripe Checkout & Stripe Billing Portal. We use Stripe Checkout as our Payment Gateway and billing portal for updating your billing details. Stripe privacy policy can be found here Stripe Privacy Policy. They will collect full billing details: Name, Full Address, contact number, Card Details. This is for tax purpose reasons to ensure the correct tax rate is applied.


How is your data stored

Your IP Address is stored within our log files. This is automatically generated by our web, email and database server. However, only Linux Engineers have access to this data.

You personal data such as name, username, address and email address are stored in our Database and are encrypted using Sodium at rest. The Key is stored in a private directory not accessiable by the public. This means that if we where hacked the hacker would have pointless data.

While using our website or platform your data remains with the UK.


For how long?

Log rotation data for your IP is available to use for 6 months. Given how quick dynamic IP's change it would be very hard to identify you.

Your personal data. We will keep hold of your data unless you request for it to be deleted. If say your services are suspended then your data, except invoices and payment data will be deleted within 30 days. Otherwise you can delete your data from within the platform.


Spam Accounts

If you have received an email containing login details that you have not authorised. We are sorry. It would seem that you are on a list for Spam Bots. We do monitor this and any accounts identified as Spam are immediately removed from our Database.


Identity Verification

We use Stripe for identity document verification. Stripe collects identity document images, facial images, ID numbers and addresses as well as advanced fraud signals and information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe shares this information with us and also uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides, including for fraud detection. Website & Database Backups

We use Backblaze S3 Storage to store website & database data within a private bucket with a 7 day retention period. These backups are performed automatically and daily. The storage location is US West. Backblaze have certified to the U.S Department of Commerce that it adheres to Data Privacy Framework Principles (UK-U.S DataBridge). You can read the Privacy Notice

Requesting your data

You can request your data any time from within our platform by creating a support ticket. The only data that we cannot provide is your IP address.


Sharing your data

We do not share your data with anyone unless otherwise directed by Court.


Cookies

It's hungry work and so there are no third party and/or tracking cookies within our website or platform. However, any links outside of our control may have cookies and or tracking links. We do not take any responsibility nor will we held responsible.


Age?

You will need to be 18 and over to use our platform however, you can view our website at any age. Curious on how everything works? Ask your parent to contact us and with their permission we will gladly explain.
